The formal will be on the 13th – 14th of April in Las Vegas, Nevada. There have been a few minor changes to the event. We will have lunch instead of dinner, due to the great reduction in price. Lunch will still be on the 14th at Pampas Restaurant in the Planet Hollywood Hotel. The lunch is going to be around 2:00PM, I will provide you with a more specific time after I have finalized the reservations. Please book your own accommodation with the hotel of your choice. The event will cost $40 per person, which does not include any expenses on alcohol. The $40 dollars covers lunch, tax, gratuities, private room, media equipment, and insurance for unexpected expenses. Please send either cash or check in the amount mentioned above no later than February 10, 2012, to Theta Xi Fraternity, 3700 Willow Creek Rd., Prescott, AZ 86301, in order to reserve your spot.
